I grew up in Winchester and graduated from James Wood High School. I started Local Klicks out of a bedroom here, and today the office is at 9 N Loudoun St, right on the walking mall downtown.
Local Klicks came first. It is a marketing agency that builds websites, runs ads and films content for local service businesses. I still touch every website and every SEO plan myself, and I build the AI systems that keep the whole thing running.
Working with that many owners taught me what a good local service company looks like from the inside. So in 2026 I started Michael Capital to own and build them here at home. Today it owns a heating and air, an electrical, a plumbing and a roofing business in Winchester.
I write about what I learn along the way. The first book is out, and I share the rest on video.
